Every version of our privacy policy, newest first, with what changed.

We keep old versions rather than quietly replacing them. If you want to know what the policy said on a particular date, it’s here.

    In force now

    Covers the Photo Fort app for Android, with a new section on what the app does and doesn't hold: no analytics or advertising tools, no location, contacts, camera or microphone permission, and photos shared into the app wait on your phone until you tap Send. Sign-in described as a one-time code. Links the new page explaining how to delete your account.

    Read this version

    The first published version, when the policy was split out of the Terms.

    Wording corrected while this version was in force:

    • 13 September 2026 — reworded the part about photo metadata: we read a photo's orientation tag in your browser to turn the picture the right way up, then discard it. Nothing about what we hold changed.
    • 14 September 2026 — sign-in emails became a code only, with no link, so the wording followed.

The current Privacy Policy always governs. When a change is material — a new kind of information, a new purpose, a new company receiving your data, or a reduction in your rights — we tell members before it takes effect, as that page says.

The Terms of Use are a separate document, with their own version history.
